Data Collection Options

TrendPilot does not collect personal data by default. All your watchlist items, preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device. This means you don't need to make choices about what data we collect - because we don't collect it in the first place.

Managing Your Data

• Clear watchlist: You can delete your saved stocks at any time from the Settings menu.
• Reset preferences: All app settings can be reset to defaults without contacting us.
• Delete app data: Uninstalling the app completely removes all your data from your device.

API Usage (Stock Data)

When you use TrendPilot to view stock information, the app makes anonymous API calls to fetch the latest market data. These calls do not contain any personally identifiable information.

Future Features

If we add optional account-based features in the future, you will be clearly informed about what data would be stored and how you can delete it. Any such features would be strictly opt-in.

Your California Privacy Rights

California residents have the right to request information about how we use their data. Since TrendPilot doesn't collect personal data, no personal information is sold or shared with third parties.
